El Taco, Virginia-Highlands' favorite Mexican taqueria, is open daily for dinner at 5pm. The menu is simple cuisine with interesting garnishes and fresh ingredients.
In addition to our full dinner menu, we will be serving pork carnitas tacos with fire-roasted peppers ($3), queso blanco and lime-salted chips ($4) and the Original El Taco Margarita ($7).
DBAoffers regional barbecue: pulled pork, baby back ribs, smoked turkey, smoked chicken and even smoked tofu. The smokehouse plates include a wide choice of made from scratch sides.
In addition to our full dinner menu, we will be serving smoked jalapenos stuffed with pimento cheese (six for $5), spicy Brunswick stew with jalapeno cheese muffin ($5), Swig Sweet Tea Vodka and Lemonades ($7) and Bacardi Watermelon Mojitos ($7).
